Threedy Laboratory Shipping Policy (South Africa Only)

1. Scope of Shipping

Threedy Laboratory ships exclusively within South Africa. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Made-to-Order Production

All items are 3D printed on demand. Your order enters production only once payment is confirmed. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on item complexity and queue volume.

3. Delivery Areas

We deliver to all major cities, towns, and rural areas across South Africa, subject to courier coverage. If your location falls outside standard delivery zones, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative solution or refund.

4. Shipping Methods and Couriers

Orders are dispatched via trusted courier partners selected for reliability and coverage. Shipping method and courier may vary depending on your location, package size, and delivery urgency.

5. Shipping Fees

Threedy Laboratory applies a flat rate shipping fee or R110.

Promotional free shipping applies to orders of R1 000 and more.

6. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Total delivery time includes production and courier transit:

Gauteng: Estimated delivery 5 - 7 business days.

Rest of South Africa: Estimated delivery 5 - 10 business days.

Please note these are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, load shedding, or external factors.

7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Threedy Laboratory is not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

8. Risk and Ownership

Risk of loss and ownership of goods transfers to the customer upon delivery. Please inspect your package upon arrival and report any issues within 48 hours.

9. Non-Delivery and Returns

If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address, refusal, or repeated failed delivery attempts, it may be returned to us. Return shipping fees and re-delivery costs may apply.
